Beginning with his free consultation, Allen is there from the sale’s start to the sale’s finish, managing all activity. Before each sale, an e-mail is sent to our loyal customers describing the sale and its location. Included in our percentage-based fee is all advertising (the Tulsa World newspaper, signs, Internet, and e-mail) and all labor done by our team.
Estate Sales by Allen takes great care while organizing an Estate Sale. Each item in the estate is washed and priced with a sticker or tag after careful research is done to assess the item’s value. We use our own tables then add our own crisp, white linens. We have laminated signs throughout the house (even ones advertising our next sale). Risers are used to guarantee each item is seen by our customers. We also have display cases and locking cases for smaller, higher-priced items. By bringing in lighting, we showcase all glassware and make sure all merchandise will not get overlooked by being placed in a dark corner. Estate Sales by Allen delights in setting a beautiful sale. In fact, many customers call them “Shows!” We have many pictures on our Facebook page that show our attention to detail and cleanliness.
